For companies
How do we book training for our team?
Send us your team size, the track or topic and your preferred format through the contact form. We reply with a written proposal covering the program, dates and fees. The booking is confirmed once your company accepts it.
How much does corporate training cost?
Fees depend on the level, the number of participants and the format (on-site or online, live or recorded). Every proposal states the price in writing before you commit.
Do you deliver on-site, online, or both?
Both. We train on-site at your offices in Cairo and Giza, live online for distributed teams, or a blend. Live sessions are recorded in your team’s portal.
Can you design a program just for our company?
Yes. Bespoke programs are built around your tools, data and goals. We agree the scope and learning outcomes with you in writing before we start.
Is training delivered in Arabic or English?
Either, or a mix. Many teams prefer Arabic delivery with English technical terms.
Can our training lead track progress?
Yes. Your company’s training lead sees each person’s courses, completions, assignment submissions and certificates in the client portal.
For learners
How do I get access to the client portal?
Create an account with your work email on the sign-up page, or ask your company’s training lead to request access for you. We then enrol you in your company’s courses.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and enter your work email. We’ll email you a link to set a new password. The link works once and expires after one hour.
Where are the recordings and materials?
Sign in to the portal and open your course. Recordings of live sessions, slides and files are listed under each session.
How do I submit an assignment?
Open the course in the portal, choose the assignment and upload your file. You can see the submission date and any feedback from your trainer on the same page.
How do I get my certificate?
When you meet the program’s attendance and assessment requirements, your certificate appears in the portal. Each certificate has a unique ID that anyone can verify online.
