Every track is built in levels, not just topics — so a complete beginner and an experienced practitioner both leave with something they can use on Monday morning.

Applied AI for Business

Practical AI skills for any role — no coding required to start, and no fluff.

Level 1

AI Foundations

3 weeks · 2 sessions/week

A practical, no-code introduction to generative AI: prompt engineering, using ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude safely and effectively for research, writing and reporting, and the basics of responsible use and data privacy at work.

Level 2

Applied AI & Automation

6 weeks · 2 sessions/week

Build no-code/low-code AI workflows that plug into real tools: content and reporting automation, connecting AI to CRM, marketing and ops systems, an introduction to APIs, and how to measure the ROI of an AI workflow.

You'll walk away withShip at least one working AI automation for your own role or team.

Level 3

AI Engineering & Agentic Systems

10 weeks · 2 sessions/week

For analysts and developers ready to build: custom AI agents and assistants, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt architecture, and how to design, evaluate and safely deploy an AI product.

You'll walk away withShip a working AI agent or tool as a portfolio-ready capstone.

Certificates and progress tracking

Participants who meet the attendance and assessment requirements receive a Cairo Syntax certificate of completion, verifiable online. Your company’s training lead sees each person’s courses, completions, assignment submissions and certificates in the client portal.

FAQ

Questions companies ask us

Does our team need to know how to code?

No. Levels 1 and 2 need no coding. Level 3 is for technical staff who will build AI agents and integrations.

Can you tailor this track to our company?

Yes. We start with a short scoping call, then adapt the level, examples, tools and schedule to your team. If you need something outside this track, we build a bespoke program instead.

Do you train on-site or online?

Both. We deliver on-site at your offices in Cairo and Giza, live online for distributed teams, or a blend of the two. Every live session is recorded in your team’s portal.

Is the training delivered in Arabic or English?

Either, or a mix. Sessions can run in Arabic with English technical terms, which is how most teams in Egypt work day to day.
