How we train

How We Train Company Teams

Diagnose, practise on your own data, ship something, prove it.

Most corporate training ends with a certificate. Ours ends with something your team has built and a measured change in what they can do. These six rules apply to every track and every bespoke program.

Six rules behind every Cairo Syntax program

We train the gap your team actually has, on its own work, and we measure the result.

1

Diagnose before design

A 45-minute call with the team’s manager and a short skills check for participants. We train the gap, not the catalogue.

2

Source, then practise

Each module pairs the official body of knowledge (Microsoft Learn, vendor documentation, the research) with your team’s own data: Power BI on your sales file, not a sample dataset.

3

The 20/80 rule

No more than 20% of any session is explanation. The rest is your people doing the work, with a trainer who has done it in industry.

4

Ship something

Every program ends with a deliverable each participant takes back to their desk: a dashboard, a prompt library, a data pipeline or a campaign plan.

5

Prove it

We repeat the skills check at the end and again 30 days later, and you receive a before-and-after report.

6

Trainers who practise

Every trainer currently works in the field they teach and is vetted through a live demo session, not a CV.

Start with a diagnosis

Book a 45-minute call with your team’s manager. We map the skills gap before we propose anything.
