The website
The site describes our corporate training programs and technology services. Program content, formats and availability may change. Nothing on the site is an offer to contract; a training or project engagement starts only once we agree a written proposal or contract.
Portal accounts
- Accounts are for employees of client companies and for people we invite.
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us straight away at channels@cairosyntax.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or when your company's engagement ends.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- share course recordings, materials or login details outside your company's enrolment;
- upload files that contain malware or that you have no right to share;
- try to access other users' data or parts of the site you are not authorised to use;
- use the site in a way that breaks Egyptian law or harms others.
Intellectual property
The site, course materials, recordings, templates and certificates are owned by Cairo Syntax or its licensors. Enrolled learners may use materials for their own learning and their company's internal work. You may not resell, republish or use them to deliver training to others without our written permission. You keep ownership of the assignments and files you upload; you allow us to store and review them to deliver the training.
Third-party links
The site links to other sites and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Disclaimer and liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available but provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent Egyptian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Giza have jurisdiction.
